Global Wave Dynamics has been a great partner in helping Universal Weather and Aviation, LLC. expand the support for our Trip Support Services Global Operation Centers at a fraction of the previous cost while maintaining our required quality levels.

We initiated our partnership with Global Wave Dynamics by leveraging their talent to take on 75% of our Logistics Support work. This included the transactional workload of coordinating and communicating with our global vendor network for one of our more labor-intensive products. Based upon favorable results, we then expanded our use of Global Wave Dynamics to include our vendor networks for other transactional products, including communication and coordination with government Civil Aviation Authorities and Airport Authorities.

Based on the achievements that we experienced in the vendor management sector, we further expanded our partnership with Global Wave Dynamics to include the actual creation of flight plans, which is a highly technical product requiring a specific set of skills. Global Wave Dynamics has been able to quickly and consistently source applicable local talent that more than meets our needs.

The ability to successfully manage the teams locally has been very impressive and has made it easy to work with Global Wave Dynamics.

We have achieved over 70% cost savings compared with managing this workflow in the U.S. via our partnership with Global Wave Dynamics. This significant reduction in expenses has not only created operational efficiencies that have direct bottom-line positive financial impacts, but has also allowed us the flexibility to leverage our existing global talent in ways not previously available to us.
