Piyush has around 25 years of experience in management consulting and Global Outsourcing Services. He has worked with organisations such as Grant Thornton, Ernst & Young, Aon Hewitt, Copal Partners among others.
He is a domain expert on Global Outsourcing services and has assisted several large foreign companies in setting up their operations in India.
Piyush was an integral part of a leading international consulting firm’s global sourcing practice and has also set up a large financial research-based BPO in India in his prior role. He was also part of the interim management team of a large real estate mortgage global capability center in India.
Piyush has been instrumental in conceptualizing and setting up Global Wave.
Neha Bisht
Vice President-Business Development
Neha has been a seasoned Global Sales and Business Development professional with extensive experience in Luxury Hospitality, SaaS, and Real Estate sectors. She has a proven track record in leading successful business initiatives and driving significant growth in various domains.
In a progressive career spanning over 12 years, Neha has been associated with industry-leading brands spearheading pilot programs to drive innovative business strategies, and overseeing restructuring processes to scale up Sales, Revenue, and Operational objectives. She has also led regional teams to drive Mergers and Acquisitions for the overall enhancement of business performance.
Skilled in navigating complex market landscapes, Neha excels at identifying opportunities for improvement and driving organizational change to achieve strategic objectives.
Passionate about travel, work, and family, Neha is an avid solo traveler and a trained Kathak dancer. She also enjoys basketball, and contributing to the welfare of special kids.
Ashutosh Shukla
Chief Business Officer
Ashutosh Shukla brings over 30 years of experience as a trusted growth partner to Fortune 2000 companies across sectors like Travel and Retail. He specializes in global sourcing strategies, platform thinking, and building ecosystems that fuel innovation and competitive advantage. Ashutosh has played a pivotal role in bridging business and IT, driving technology partnerships, sales acceleration, and building high-performing, multicultural teams. His leadership has delivered substantial wins, including multimillion-dollar deals with JetLinx, United Airlines, Delta, Avis Budget, and Marriott. He also managed analysts relations. A Gold Medalist MBA from R.A. Podar Institute and a summa cum laude Mechanical Engineer, he is well-versed in Agile, DevOps, Cloud, AI/ML, and Big Data. Passionate about people, productivity, and global collaboration. He has also pursued Management Development Programs at Harvard and Wharton. Ashutosh remains humble, curious, and deeply committed to continuous learning and meaningful connections.
Vivek Singh
IT Director
Vivek, an IT Director, has over 20 years of extensive experience in IT Infrastructure Management, Global Service Delivery Management, Process Re-engineering & Continuous Improvement, Strategic Roadmap & IT Governance, and Technical Consultation & Solutions, among other areas.
Vivek has successfully collaborated with large organizations and clients worldwide (India, KL, DK, US, Canada, Bahrain, and China) to achieve significant top-line and bottom-line results.
As a key people leader, Vivek has successfully hired, developed, led, and motivated a team of around 100 members, fostering their growth and success within the organization.
Vivek is respected for his effective working style and strong people skills. He holds a master’s degree in computer science, another master’s degree in mathematics, and an Executive MBA from IMT.
Ramu Rajashekhar
Director - TSS and Operations
Raj has over two decades of experience in flight operations and is also a flight dispatcher approved by the DGCA. He specializes in B-737/800/900, ATR, and Airbus A320/321 aircraft. Raj has worked for several well-known airlines, such as GoAir, IndiGo, Jet Airways, SpiceJet, and AirAsia.
Raj has a great deal of experience in flight operations and is well-versed in safety procedures and legal requirements. He has managed teams of more than fifty people, which has sharpened his leadership abilities and demonstrated his capacity to uplift and encourage others.
He thrives in high-pressure situations and is renowned for his painstaking attention to detail and strategic decision-making, which guarantees efficient and effective flight operations.
Ajay Jain

Ajay, a seasoned Chartered Accountant (ICAI), brings over 15 years of comprehensive expertise in finance. His credentials include a “Diploma in IFRS” from ACCA, UK, and a “Post Graduate Diploma in Finance” from the Institute of Management Technology.
